PARTY SIZE
Planning a night out with the extended family or a large group of friends? If you need club room reservations or help arranging event space for a larger party, our management team can provide guidance on availability and seating—just call ahead at (260) 747-0989. Please be aware we have a limited number of tables for parties exceeding six or eight, and capacity limits are strictly enforced to keep seating and service running smoothly.
For parties of 20 or more, the next step after availability is confirmed is to fill out the form on our Private Events page so we can follow up with the right reservation or private dining arrangement. A member of our team will reach out to learn more about your group, discuss club room or other event spaces if needed, and, for qualifying private bookings, review any required agreements, fees, or deposits.
ARRIVAL TIME
We want to seat and serve all our customers in a timely manner, and arriving on time helps our team host reservations smoothly throughout the night. You can help us avoid unclaimed empty tables by arranging for the majority of your party to arrive as close to your reservation start time as possible.
If you are unable to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, especially later in the evening, we will transfer you to our general waitlist, in which case you will be seated as soon as another table becomes available. Late seating may be limited near the end of the night or around 11 PM.
